1. Returns of Unopened Products
- Eligibility for Returns: Products that remain unopened and with the seal intact are eligible for return within 3 days from the date of receipt.
- Refund Process: Upon successful return and inspection of the product, customers will be issued a full refund in the form of a discount code or coupon.
- Validity of Discount Codes: The discount code or coupon will be valid for a limited time, the duration of which will be determined at the discretion of the store owner.
2. Returns Due to Manufacturing Defects
- Eligibility for Returns: If you discover a manufacturing defect (e.g., a crack in the bottle, collar, or issues with the spray or cap), you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your product.
- Proof of Damage: Please provide clear images of the damage to facilitate a swift resolution.
- Handling Defective Products:
- Broken Cap: If the defect is a broken cap, we will ship a replacement cap at no additional cost.
- Other Defects: For other defects, customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product. Upon receipt, we will either replace the product or issue a discount code at our discretion.
3. Handling Wrong Product Shipments
- Report and Return: If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please inform us within 3 days of receipt.
- Shipping Costs: We will cover the shipping costs for the return of the incorrect product and the delivery of the correct item.
4. Proof of Shipping
- Requirement: When returning items, please provide proof of shipping, such as a shipping receipt or tracking number, to ensure the safe and documented return of products to our store.
